It always works out.....

...That whenever I get a cute family picture taken it is outdated with in weeks!!! That's right folks!!! The last post was about our cute family pictures and now we have to get a new one taken oh, around Christmas time!

I am 23 weeks pregnant and we just found out that it is a BOY!!!! We are due on December 3rd and could not be happier. I'm freaking out a little because as most of you know I don't have much exposure to boys...well...except for the 17 nephews I have. But that doesn't really count, I gave them to their mothers when their diapers needed changed!

I have a couple of names in mind...Thomas, Timothy, Noah,...I like traditional names. Ya know? Names they can grow up with. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Sorry I am lame and haven't posted for a million years. Life is full of excitement with working every day, and I am now the Young Womens President in my ward. Needless to say that I am having tons of adventures.

Also, my oldest daughter, Jocelyn will be going to Kindergarten next month and believe me...she needs it BAD!!! She has been entertaining herself lately with cutting her sisters hair...and stealing a pack of gum from the store...all within a week of eachother. I know...I have a delinquent hairdresser in the family.
Lizzie is so funny and sassy. I am a little nervous about her not being the baby of the family anymore. There will be over 4 years between her and the new little guy. sheesh....

Jared is doing great! He loves his job and working in the Young Mens Presidency. We've decided that Young Mens is his calling for life!

We might have turned into strangers...

So here's an up date! A lot has been going on in the lives of the Jensen Family! But I guess I'll start where I left off FIVE months ago! Thanksgiving was awesome! My sister Heather and her kids came to my house and I cooked my first turkey ever...it was divine! Christmas was wonderful too. We just stayed at our little house for christmas morning and then went over to moms to join the festivities over there. January was the beginning of CRAZINESS for me. I started taking classes again. So with school, work, family, and church, I am going bonkers!!! My niece got baptized in February so the ENTIRE family (all 30 of us) went up to Casper and got pictures taken. The picture above is the result of that day.

My Little Girls

Indian Summer Vacation

We decided to go up to Lander for a little camp out and it was a blast! We stayed in City Park which is free and full of grass and trees and the most wonderful playground I've ever seen! The girls loved it! Our goal of the trip was to see the Sinks and the Rise of the Popo Agie. (pronounced po po shuh) It was the most BEAUTIFUL place I had ever been to in my life! Never before have I seen such a beautiful river!




The Popo Agie just flows literally into the mountain and disappears! GORGEOUS!!!


We drove up the canyon and hiked a nice nature trail...and got to cross my first "rope bridge" ever!




Here is The Rise of the Popo Agie. This is where the water that went into the mountain up at the Sinks comes out. I think it's such a magical place! These are the most massive rainbow trout! I swear they're as big as Lizzie! Truthfully! They just swim around fat and happy! I took these pictures from a good 75 feet above the water and the fish were still huge! There are probably twice that many smaller fish on the other side of the big sand bar...breath-taking!!!



The weather was wonderful and the sights were majestic! If you've never done this before, I HIGHLY recommend it!

New adventures!

School...Here we come!!! It was the first day of school yesterday and the girls were so excited! I got a job at the children's center up at the college as a teacher's aide and they get to come with me for $80 a SEMESTER!!! It's four hours a day monday through friday! We were really blessed to come across this job because I just got a root canal and crown...and well...let's just say the first 2 or 3 paychecks go straight to the dentists. Sad right? It's just so wierd that I'm a mom of OLD children...not babies anymore...sigh
